On 22nd May 2007, Ambassador Chai paid a visit to the Hon. Louis Deguara, the minister of Health of Malta. Ambassador Chai said, he is pleased to see that,with joint efforts, the influence of China Medicine in Malta is expanding, the operation of the Center of Chinese Medicine is playing an positive role in promoting the friendship between China and Malta. The upcoming operation of Chinese Medicine in the new hospital will further spread the Chinese Medicine. Ambassador Chai expressed gratitude to the Ministry of Health of Malta for its strong support to the Center, and will make joint efforts with Maltese side to deepen the cooperation in the field of Chinese Medicine.
