On the 30th April 2007, the Chinese Ambassador to Malta, H.E. Mr. and Mrs. Chai Xi attended the Commemorative Reception celebrating the 3rd Anniversary of Malta's accession to the European Union held by the Honourable Prime Minister Dr Lawrence Gonzi and Mrs. Gonzi at Upper Barrakka Garden, Valletta.
