Ambassador Chai Xi and his Wife Marching at the Palace in Valletta

On the 26th April 2007, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to Malta, H.E. Mr. Chai Xi presented his credentials to H.E. Dr. Edward Fenech Adami, the President of Malta, at the Palace in Valletta.

Ambassador Chai Xi had a very friendly and cordial meeting with H.E. President Adami right after the ceremony. He and his wife, Mrs. Zhang Rufen were later invited to a luncheon hosted by the President and Mrs. Fenech Adami at St. Anton Palace.
